Service and Bureau heads of Tiko Council today Monday January 30,2023 met in their first coordination meeting for the year 2023.

The meeting that was chaired by the chief executive of the TIKO Council, HRH Peter Ikome Mesoso III,took place at the mayor’s office.

In his welcome remarks, Mayor Mesoso III called on the Service and Bureau heads to work as a family this year 2023 so that the budget of over 1.6 billion frs cfa will be realised with no stress.

He went further to encouraged the various Service and Bureau heads to called on their surbordinates to be self Discipline,Duty consciousness,respect hierarchy and avoid Mal practices while carrying out their duties in Tiko council.The Mayor noted that despite some financial constraints,he is happy Tiko Council ended 2022 without any salary areas.

The meeting that lasted for over five hours,saw the various Service and Bureau Heads presenting their reports of 2022,difficulties encountered and possible solutions,and plan of action for 2023.

The secretary General of the Tiko Council,Mrs Eri Tatason on her part called on workers to used her office if they have any worries than breaking Administrative procedures going straight to the executive.She thanked the workers for a wonderful 2022 and prayed thesame spirit of work last year should continue this year.

The mayor as a father of all the staff ended the meeting by providing heavy entertainment to the service and Bureau Heads present and announced that frequent meetings of such will take place every Monday.
