A two day workshop on the consolidation of the gender Budgeting (GB) approach organised by GIZ in collaboration with the ministry of Decentralization and local Development is taking place today Thursday June 29,2023 in Douala. The training to run from June 29-30,2023 on Production workshop: Gender diagnosis of Decentralization and local Development will go a long way to asist councils in issues concerning gender when drafting their budget.

Tiko Council is represented in the training by the Lord Mayor, HRH Peter Ikome Mesoso III, Hon Councillor Serah Nyams, Mr Fombon Patrick (expert in program budgeting) and the president of the Tiko Market Management Committee.

The training ends tomorrow Friday June 30,2023.
