Free marriages organised by the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and the family in collaboration with Tiko Council. The following documents are required:
- photocopy of birth certificates of couples
- photocopy of National Identity cards of couples
- names of family head and witnesses of couples
- attestation of residence for those that are not born in Tiko
